Construction of Fan’s Hotel Philippines is underway and is set to open in 3-4 months timeframe, according to J&F Mall executives.
The hotel’s interiors is a contemporary oriental design with 41 well-appointed guestrooms, 2 of which boasts private jaccuzis on its biggest suites.
Other rooms feature scenic vistas facing the east through its floor to ceiling windows. Fan’s Hotel has its own modern café with an atrium allowing the natural light to enter the room.
The hotel is attached to the J&F Mall building allowing direct access to the mall through its elevators. Fan’s Hotel is the the pioneer hotel of the retail company.
With over 20 stores in the Visayan Islands, and in some parts of Luzon, the Baybay store is the largest with a total building area of 10,000 sq.m.
J&F Department Store is opening stores in the towns of Abuyog and Palo, opening in October 2019 (tentative).
